Secure compartments to add weight to the front and back of the vest, which is designed to support a pair of steel plates from W10.5 x H11 inches and ranging in weight from 3.75 up to 14.5 lbs. per plate.

Made of heavy duty, durable fabric that stands up to sweat and dirt.

Padded shoulder straps for comfort.

Adjustable shoulders, waist, and tensional bands improve stability and allow for a customized fit.

Large pocket on front and back of the weighted vest allows added convenience for users to store personal items.
